POWDER COATING

Applied as an electrically-charged powder and heat-cured, powder coatings provide durable protection to many types of surfaces. We can achieve attractive, uniform surface coverage in a wide array of colors and finishes.

Media Blasting Services

MEDIA BLASTING

At Monarch, we use a high-pressure stream of aluminum oxide particles to clean and remove debris, rust, and paint from surfaces. Media blasting is available as a standalone service or pre-treatment. 

Rust Inhibiting Zinc primer

RUST INHIBITING ZINC ENHANCED PRIMER

Our Zinc Enhanced Primer protects surfaces against corrosion and oxidation. It can be combined with regular powder coating finish to provide superior durability.

PICK UP & DELIVERY

Monarch will pick up components to be powder coated, or media blasted and deliver them after the process is complete. Pick-up and delivery is available anywhere within a 50-mile radius of our shop.

At Monarch, we work with single items or small-to-medium batches rather than using a coating line to apply powder to items in bulk.
